A retail space needs to welcome people in and help goods move out. Vastu supports this with a few principles.

Layout

• Keep the entrance unobstructed and well lit.
• Heavy display racks along the south and west walls.
• Cash counter in the south-west, with the owner facing north or east.
• Lighter, fast-moving stock towards the north-west.
