Privacy Policy

This policy explains what VastuDuniya collects through our website and mobile app, and how it is used.

What we collect

Account details — your name, email, phone and city, provided by you or your Vastu consultant.
Family members — names, relation, sex, date, time and place of birth and optional contact details that you or your consultant add, used to prepare horoscope, numerology and Vastu guidance.
Property information — floor plans, photos, files and messages you share with your consultant, and the reports they prepare.
Bookings and payments — consultation requests. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details.
Device information — if you allow notifications, a device token so we can tell you about new messages and reports.

How we use it

Only to provide consultations, reports and horoscopes, to let you and your consultant communicate, and to process bookings. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your assigned consultant and VastuDuniya administrators. When you search for a birthplace, only the place name you type is sent to a mapping service (Open-Meteo) to find its coordinates.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account → Delete account. This removes your login and the family members you saved. Records your consultant created for your consultation can be deleted on request — write to us at the email address on our contact page.
